I'm very appreciative and humbled by your overwhelming show of support.  I'll do my best to make sure that we make the right decisions for Dade City's future.

April6, 2008 -   There is a good article in the Tribune this morning, Challenges Are Ahead For Election Winners, that covers the requirements now being placed on city leaders.    I believe that I’ll compare favorably when evaluated on those criteria.

March 30,2008 - Check out the Tribune's endorsment in todays paper.  Also, the Times has an interesting overview of the election.

March 29, 2008 -   I’m proud to have the Times endorsement in today’s paper:  Times recommends: Beebe, Van Gorden and Penix for Dade City Commission .

Only 10 more days until the election…please keep up all the hard work.  It is paying off! 

March 25, 2008 - Thanks for all the support and the great turnout at last night's forum.   I'm sorry that my opponent wasn't there but the questions were good and the discussion informative.  Thanks to the Dade City Chamber of Commerce for making it happen. 

March 20, 2008 -  Don't forget to join us for the Candidate Forum that will be held on Monday, March 24th at 6:30 PM in the Pasco Middle School Auditorium.  This will be a good chance to see and hear all of the candidates.

February 22, 2008 - The Commission's choice of a young, enthusiastic, City Manager reinforces our position that this election should be about experience and leadership.   A young Manager is going to need a Commission that has leadership and management experience.  I'm the candidate with that experience.
